Rajkumari Neogy (s/he, his or hers)

Rajkumari Neogy is the creator of the Disruptive Diversity framework and the author of The WIT Factor: Shifting the Workplace Paradigm by Becoming Your Optimal Self. S/he is fascinated by team culture and believes that every individual brings a superpower that often isn't fully unlocked. S/he provides expertise in team culture cohesion, diversity and inclusion, leadership development and organizational epigenetics. Sitting comfortably at the intersection of interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), technology, culture, and empathic language for business, Rajkumari holds a Master’s Degree in Transformative Leadership Development from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Anna Vo (they/them)

Vo has lectured on inclusion, race, and social justice on four continents with the aim of affecting institutional and organizational change. A native Vietnamese speaker, Vo brings a rich, varied background. An experienced youth worker, programmer and educator, Vo is focused on the empowerment of young people, students and People of Color. They have professionally trained staff from over 100 organizations in Oregon around inclusion, Trauma-Informed Care, Restorative Justice, Inter-cultural Communication, STEM and Art Practices.

Stempathy

Rene (she/her), Jill (she/her) and Jane (she/her) are founders of Stempathy, a Portland-based consultancy that helps companies define and implement processes that remove bias from decision-making, improve communication, and increase inclusivity in team environments. Scientists and engineers by training, Stempathy understands that while technology has made many aspects of work easier, it is still the ability to harness people resources that separates truly innovative companies from the rest of the pack. Stempathy uncovers specific client needs to develop comprehensive curricula in equity, diversity, and inclusion. They also train client facilitators to sustain continued learning.
